Things My Cousin Sent Me

My cousin has a vintage clothing store that she named after our grandmother, Sweet Ludie's Vintage Clothing."
She is the ultimate estate sale shopper and she found theses neat things for me.
This is a 1940s nurse's uniform that she even cleaned before she sent it to me:

These vintage nurses books---which I adore:

This precious Betsy McCall doll (I have always wanted one), handmade clothes and also this doll case.  I just love them.

And this hankie.  Sigh.  Thank you cousin.

That is a WONDERFUL Betsy McCall doll!

The uniform brings back memories of my grandmother in her starched white uniform, oxford shoes, white stockings, nursing cap and pin. She used to let me wear the cap and pin sometimes. She was nurse in the 40's and 50's.

Wonderful things you have received!

What fantastic finds, you are so lucky, especially the book about psychiatry, I am interested in anything like that too (probably comes from being half insane, lol)
